This document is a legal document that imposes additional terms and conditions on your registration. By displaying the Travel Industry Council of Ontario logo, as defined below, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not consent to these terms and conditions of registration, you may not use the TICO Logo.

Acknowledgement of and consent to terms and conditions of registration

WHEREAS the Registrant is registered as a travel agent and/or travel wholesaler under the Travel Industry Act, 2002 .S.O. 2002, c. 30 Schedule D ("the Act");

AND WHEREAS a registration is, pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Act, subject to such terms and conditions to give effect to the purposes of the Act as are consented to by the registrant, imposed by the License Appeal Tribunal or prescribed by the Regulations;

AND WHEREAS the Registrant intends to display the logo of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario as depicted herein below either by itself or in combination with such other artwork or designs as may from time to time be approved in advance and distributed by TICO, herein collectively referred to as the "Logo";

AND WHEREAS TICO retains all ownership rights in the Logo;

AND WHEREAS TICO reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue the Logo at any time, in its sole discretion;

AND WHEREAS TICO shall not be liable or obligated in any manner for any damages or other losses of any type whatsoever incurred by the registrant in connection with the Logo;

NOW THEREFORE, the registrant acknowledges and understands that its registration under the Act is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The registrant acknowledges that it may not alter the appearance of the Logo.

2. The Logo may be used only for the purpose of indicating to the public that he, she or it is registered under the Act.

3. The Logo may not be used in any manner that implies TICO sponsorship or endorsement of the registrant's products or services or compliance with the Act.

4. The Logo should never appear larger and/or more prominent than the registrant's trade name on any materials produced or distributed by the registrant.

5. If the registrant's registration under the Act is terminated, revoked, lapsed or temporarily suspended, the registrant shall discontinue all use of the Logo and remove the Logo from all materials in its possession.

6. The registrant shall promptly discontinue all use of the Logo upon written request from the Registrar.
