TICO license agreement terms and conditions

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario will grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the TICO logo as depicted herein below either by itself or in combination with such other artwork or designs as may from time to time be approved in advance and distributed by TICO, herein collectively referred to as the "Logo," subject to the following terms and conditions: You must accept all terms and conditions in this agreement. To indicate your acceptance, you will be asked to click the button marked "I accept" following this agreement. 1. You may use the Logo only for the purpose of indicating to the public that you are registered as a travel agent or travel wholesaler under the Travel Industry Act, 2002. 2. You may not alter the appearance of the Logo. 3. You may not use the Logo in any manner that implies TICO sponsorship or endorsement of your products or services. 4. The Logo should never appear larger and/or more prominent than your trade name on any materials produced or distributed by you or your company. 5. You do not receive any, and TICO retains all, ownership rights in the Logo. 6. TICO reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue the Logo at any time, in its sole discretion. TICO shall not be liable or obligated in any manner for any damages or other losses of any type whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the subject matter of this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TICO, its officers, directors and employees for any loss or damage caused to TICO arising out of your use of the Logo. 7. TICO reserves the right to review your use of the logo and TICO may, at any time and in its sole discretion terminate this agreement and require you to discontinue your use of the Logo. 8. In the event that your registration as an agent or wholesaler under the Travel Industry Act, 2002 is terminated, revoked, lapsed or temporarily suspended, this Agreement shall automatically expire and you shall discontinue all use of the Logo and remove the Logo from all materials in your possession.
