MyTICO is TICO’s online self-service portal, which allows TICO-registered businesses to access renewal information, obtain their registration certificate, make changes to their registration record, and more.

Your login to MyTICO is not your email address or your agency TICO registration number.
You must login to MyTICO using your Company Administrator Login ID.
Your Company Administrator Login ID is a unique ID that was provided to the Company Administrator at the time of becoming registered with TICO. It is noted in the email notices and reminders sent to the Company Administrator regarding annual processes, e.g., renewal notice, compensation fund remittance and financial filings.
Once logged in as the Company Administrator, you will land on your Admin Dashboard.
For the portal to function, you will need to click on your business name on the left side of the screen to access your Agency Dashboard and navigate the tabs.
