Mississauga, ONT. – The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has laid a total of 28 charges against Trip Support Inc.:
- 12 counts of failing to deposit money in a trust account
- 16 counts of failing to provide travel services or a refund after receiving payment
Additionally, Victor Farjami was charged with one count of being an Officer and Director of a corporation and failing to take reasonable care to prevent the corporation from committing an offence.
