Mississauga, ONT. – After being charged by TICO, Alistair Hamilton was convicted of one count of operating as a travel agent without being registered.

Alistair Hamilton operated out of Hamilton, Ontario, selling European tour packages to consumers who were part of a social club. Alistair Hamilton at times operated under the name Flower of Scotland Travel Club.

Alistair Hamilton was fined $12,500, inclusive of a victim surcharge and sentenced to a two-year probation. Alistair Hamilton has previously been charged and convicted of operating as a travel agent without registration.
