Feb. 11'19 - Convicted: Karen Gushue

Mississauga, ONT. – After being charged by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), Ms. Karen Gushue was convicted on two counts of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to S 4(1)(a) and S 31(1)(c) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002. 

Sentencing proceedings are scheduled to take place on June 26, 2019, at 10:00 am in St. Catharines.
