TICO document and payment submissions during the Canada Post strike
Mississauga, ONT. – The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has a number of ways that stakeholders can continue to meet their compliance obligations during the Canada Post strike, including submitting registration applications, registration renewals, Compensation Fund assessments, and all applicable payments.

- Registration renewals: your registration renewal package is sent to you digitally via the MyTICO portal. Completed and signed renewal forms can be emailed to

- Select payee “TICO-Reg Renewal”
- Enter TICO registration # as payee account number
- Submit payment

- Compensation Fund assessments: your assessment information is sent to you digitally. If your deadline to file a Form 1 and payment is approaching, please be sure to follow the instructions in the package to submit your Form 1 via email. Your Compensation Fund assessment payment can be made through Interac e-transfer or online banking.

In person and courier:
- TICO’s office (55 Standish Court, Suite 460, Mississauga, ON L5R 4B2) is open on Tuesdays and Wednesday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for any in-person drop-offs. Additionally, a secure drop box is available the rest of the week.
