Mississauga, ONT. – The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has been made aware of a spam email circulating that falsely claims to be selling a distribution list of TICO registrants.

Please be advised that this email is not authorized or legitimate. We urge you to ignore or delete the email, or block the sender. Do not engage with the sender or provide any personal or company information.

Unfortunately, hackers are becoming more sophisticated and are sending customized emails in an attempt to scam people.
