Immediate Suspension Advisory: Lexus Travel Inc. operating as Uniglobe Voyages Lexus and Victory Travel & Events
Mississauga, ONT. – The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has issued an Immediate Suspension Order to suspend the registration of Lexus Travel Inc. (TICO registration number 50022092). This travel agency in Greely, Ontario operated under the names Uniglobe Voyages Lexus (www.voyagelexus.com) and Victory Travel & Events (www.victorytravel.ca).
Lexus Travel Inc. must cease all travel sales and counselling activity immediately. TICO has also issued a Notice of Proposal to revoke the registration of Lexus Travel Inc.
Lexus Travel Inc. is entitled to a hearing by the Licence Appeal Tribunal about the proposals to suspend and revoke its registration.
